Cancellation & No-show Policy
When you book an appointment at Cee Hair - The Salon we require a confirmation with a credit or debit card via our online booking service to keep your appointment on our system. This is communicated to you via text and/or email. Your details are securely held and we do not have access to these. By confirming online you agree to our 'cancellation and no- show policy'. The details that are stored are safe within the Fresha online system
We require at least 24 hours notice of cancellation or change of appointment time. Failure to do so may result in a 30% fee of total amount of the appointment booked.

'No-shows' or failure to come to your appointment resulting in salon 'down-time' or loss of time results in a 50% charge of total amount of the appointment booked. This is calculated via the online booking system and automatically charged when marked as a 'no-show' by us. If you have any questions about this charge please contact the salon and ask to speak to the owner.
Unfortunately last minute cancellations and no-shows is a common and on-going problem in the hair and beauty industry. This comes as a high cost to businesses. These types of no-show policies are being rolled out across the globe to combat that. We appreciate your understanding and compliance.
Online Bookings
All online bookings are subject to change by any Cee Hair - The Salon staff member if required. All prices on our online booking service are estimates or starting prices only. Only estimates will ever be given online or over the phone. Staff cannot determine the amount of time or product needed to achieve the hair of your dreams without first seeing it in real life. Complimentary consultations are available prior to staff working on your hair.

If you cannot find the exact service you would like to book on our online menu, please choose the closest option and add your specific needs in the comment section.

If you need any help with the online booking service please phone us on 07 4779 9694 and we can walk you through it so you are able to use the service seamlessly next time.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment booked online please phone us or contact us at least 48 hours before your appointment time where possible so that we are able to book someone else in your place.
