PREP YOUR HAIR FOR VISIT
Why? Colour isn't as harsh as it used to be, too dirty and the colour can't cut through the excess oil in your hair. Btw we totally support occasional week between washing to spread some natural oils down to those ends. But on the flip side- if your hair is too clean, your scalp and your hair is left over exposed with no natural oil protection. So please wash 2 days prior to come in for the best colour results.

Upstyles? Please wash the night before.
Why? We don't allow extra time for drying hair that has just hopped out of H2O. Coming in dry helps us keep you and us on time. Plus all of our colours and lighteners are design to work on dry hair so do us a solid.
Hey you naughty girl- please brush your hair before you rush on over here. We don't mind daily knots but try not to leave it to us to untangle a week of messy buns. (We've all been there, like who has time to brush when you can pull off a cute messy bun?)
